Instead of poisoning them, eat them ?

When I was in London in 2013 I spent quite a bit of time in the Welcome Museum near Kings Cross Railway Station and it was there I viewed an exhibition on Insects as Food for the future. Although I am a vegetarian I was fascinated to see what we as humans ignore or destroy what is a considerable protein source. Also on display were the various insecticides that have been used, most unsuccessfully, over the years for mosquito control. Rachael Carson’s book, SILENT SPRING was a centre point display  amongst it all.
