I have always enjoyed the break the festive season bestows upon us. Its always a pleasure to communicate with friends and relatives and to share some delicious food with others. Menu decided with 80% from my gardens. Except the cake of course featured in my last post. Baked here the main ingredients were purchased at Santos, Mullumbimby.
Luckily too we are doubly blessed with cooler weather.

My crowd funding responses has been fantastic too with 80 hours at $30 an hour already raised. I sincerely thank those who have already contributed and for those who have offered volunteer time please contact me nearer to the March starting time.
25% raised of the total…………………………………… a new forest can be in place on the 3 hectare lantana site this time next year if I can employ as many herbicide-free workers that want to be part of this project.
