Tadpoles.

Because the rains have been patchy this last season, the frogs came alive for spawning later this year. Now, as the water drains from the small pond, 100s of tadpoles are clustering. I top up the water level everyday from the gravity line and have started throwing in fermenting pineapples already hollowed from the bower birds feasting off them.

All the soil run off after the floods visible beneath the water. Ideal for recycling back to the gardens.
