Scientists say human activity has so profoundly changed the earth that we’re now living in a new epoch, the Anthropocene.

Our age is marked by mass extinctions, pollution and climate change.

Yet we’re slow to comprehend the scale of the problem or to act to avert disaster.

  1. Watching the news about the Arctic today. I predict we’re about to head into a very difficult time for weather, etc. this year, starting in about a month, in the Northern Hem.
